WATER CONDITIONS: Not critical

TEMPERATURE RANGE: 24-29 C

FOOD: Feed Mesonauta festiva live and dried foods

DISTRIBUTION: This species comes from Brazil, Guyana

AQUARIUM CARE: Festive ciclids hail from the Amazon where they are often found with the angel fish Pterophyllum scalare. They are a good community fish, but like angelfish will eat small tetras when they are fully grown.
