FOOD: Feed Cichlosoma salvini small live-foods and fine grade dried foods

DISTRIBUTION: This species comes from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico

AQUARIUM CARE: An attractive cichlid - and hence one that is quite common in the aquarium hobby. Best fed on livefoods, with some prepared foods also taken.
